The wheeled recycling bins from the producer Weber are tested and marked with the internationally- recognised GS symbol, confirming compliance with the quality and safety standards of the German Product Safety Act. In addition, the commercial waste wheelie bins comply with the test conditions of EN 840 and RAL GZ 951/1.

Lid

The lids of the two 2 wheeled trade waste wheelie bins are made of solid plastic and are attached with hinge pins at either end of the tubular handle of the wheeled dustbins. The lid of the mobile garbage bins can be easily opened with two bow-type handles. The inside of the lid features drip edges to prevent the escape (evaporation) of liquids.

Handle

The solid tubular handle of the two 2 wheeled mobile recycling containers is designed to provide sufficient handling space, even when wearing work or winter gloves.

Axle

The two 2 wheeled dustbin is equipped, designed for outdoor use, with a continuous zinc-plated steel axle. The axle holder has a double support on each side.

Wheels

The standard design of the two 2 wheeled recycling bins features two solid rubber wheels. The maintenance-free wheels have a diameter of 200 mm.

Injection-embossed marking

Mark the lids of your two 2 wheeled refuse bins with an information text such as "Organic waste only", your company name or the name of your city.

Marking with hot-foil printing

We can customise your trash/garbage cans with permanent marking, easily visible, on the body of the domestic waste bins. Single-colour hot-foil printing of a logo, city crest or information such as “general waste” is possible for a surcharge. We would be happy to offer our advice.

Various Locking systems

To protect your commercial waste wheelie bins from unauthorised use, you may fit it with various locking systems. Manual and automatic locking systems are available for the two 2 wheeled refuse bins. Both systems can be equipped with profile cylinder or triangular lock.

Chipnest / Transponder

As a standard feature our trade waste wheelie bins are equipped with a chipnest in the comb in accordance with DIN 30745 and RAL GZ 951/1. Factory-fitting of a transponder (RFID chip) is available for a surcharge.

Wheel with 250 mm diameter

To facilitate manoeuvring of the mobile garbage bins on unpaved ground, our commercial waste wheelie bins are also available with 250 mm diameter wheels.

Aperture in the lid

If required, we can fit the plastic two 2 wheeled wheelie bins with practical apertures. Circular apertures for glass (with or without rubber rosette) or rectangular slots for paper are available for the 240 L waste recycling bins.
