The wheeled recycling bins are manufactured from HDPE plastic by compact injection moulding process, in accordance with EN 840. In addition, the commercial waste wheelie bins comply with the criteria of RAL GZ 951/1 and the GS mark (Tested Safety in accordance with the German Product Safety Act).

Lid

The sturdy, high-quality plastic lid of the mobile 2 wheeled recycling bins is attached to the handle with two strong hinge pins. Drip edges on the inside of the lid prevent the escape of liquids from the outdoor wheeled recycling bins. The lid is easily replaced, for example, when changing the waste fraction to be collected, after removing the hinge pins.

Handle

The diameter of the handle of the mobile recycling containers is designed to provide adequate handling space, even with work gloves, and allow safe manoeuvring. Solid ribs allow for high stacking of the wheeled dustbins and thus reduce your storage and transport costs.

Axle

The trash/garbage cans have a continuous steel axle. The axle is zinc-plated, thus corrosion-resistant. Due to its slim design, the mobile waste recycling bins can be conveniently used in space-restricted environments.

You may fit your mobile recycling containers with a manual or automatic (gravity lock) locking system to prevent unauthorised use and misuse. Both locking systems are available with the options of triangular or profile cylinder lock

Chipnest / Transponder

Commercial waste wheelie bins from the producer Weber can be factory-fitted with a data carrier (RFID chip) for a surcharge. The frontal comb of the mobile garbage bins accommodates a chipnest in accordance with DIN 30745 and RAL GZ 951/1 as a standard feature.

Wheel with 250 mm diameter

The use of larger 250 mm diameter wheels is recommended if the two 2 wheeled waste recycling bins are primarily used on unpaved ground. The wheels, available at a surcharge, facilitate manoeuvring of the wheeled refuse bins.
