Mobile waste containers 1100 L FL

The four 4 wheeled mobile waste containers with 1100 L capacity and single flat lid are manufactured in accordance with European Standard EN 840 Parts 2, 5 and 6. The four 4 wheeled mobile commercial waste containers can be fully recycled at the end of its useful life.

The sturdy single flat lids of the four 4 wheeled waste wheelie bins are attached to the bins with four strong hinge pins and can be opened to 270°. The rounded shape of the lid prevents water ingress. The single flat lid of the recycling containers can be replaced by a two-part flat lid (main lid plus additional lid-in-lid).

Chipnest/Transponder

The wheeled domestic waste bins feature a chipnest as standard in accordance with DIN 30745 and RAL GZ 951/1 in the frontal comb to accept transponders/chips.

Rear side/handles

Our plastic mobile waste containers are notable for its well- positioned handles on body and lid. These handles allow for easy handling of the mobile garbage bins from all sides, even when fully loaded.

Travelling gear with footbrakes

To prevent the plastic mobile refuse bins from rolling away inadvertently, our trade waste containers are equipped with a footbrake system as standard. This system can be easily locked by depressing the two brake pedals. When brakes are applied, wheels and swivel ring are locked.

Lifting trunnions

In accordance with EN 1501-5, lifting trunnions (for DIN devices) can be fitted to the commercial waste containers from the producer Weber. To ensure greater stability and durability, the lifting trunnions of our four 4 wheeled refuse bins are reinforced with steel inserts.

Side handles

If you want to facilitate the lifting and manoeuvring of the four 4 wheeled dustbins, designed for outdoor use, stable side handles can be fitted to your waste wheelie bins (in accordance with EN 840-2). If you choose the travelling gear with central braking system, the ergonomic side handles are incorporated as standard.

Travelling gear with central braking

If required, we can equip your four 4 wheeled garbage bins/trash cans with a central braking system. You can engage the central braking system with a foot pedal, installed at the right side of the recycling containers. The unlocking mechanism is located in the side handle of the mobile waste containers and is activated by inserting a triangular key into the handle.

Wheel variations for special applications

For particular applications, you can equip your four 4 wheeled mobile waste containers with special wheels. For long distances or for particularly heavy loads, it is advisable to fit heavy-duty wheels with steels rims and roller-bearings. In addition, you can equip your dustbins with polyamide wheels or with castors with non-marking or non-chalking surfaces.

Steering locks (directional locks)

Steering locks can be fitted to two castors of your waste wheelie bins, leaving the other two castors to swivel freely. This option is essential, if you wish to use a towing kit.

Marking with hot-foil printing

We can individualize your mobile refuse bins! Customised and permanent marking (e.g. numbering, logo, information) are available at a surcharge. Mobile waste containers can be hot-foil printed in a single colour on the lid and/or body.
