The plastic wheeled refuse bins comply with the design specifications of EN 840-1 and the safety stipulations of EN 840-5. Furthermore, the trade waste recycling bins are tested and marked according to the criteria of the German Product Safety Act (GS mark).

Lid

The sturdy lids of the two 2-wheeled mobile garbage bins are equipped with two handles and are attached to the body with two solid hinge pins. The lid can be simply exchanged, for example if the waste fraction changes. In addition, the lid of the waste wheelie bins have a rounded shape to facilitate draining of rain water.

Handle

The continuous handle of the two 2 wheeled dustbins is designed to facilitate secure handling when wearing work or winter gloves. The lid is attached to the body of the waste wheelie bins with two sturdy hinge pins.

Lid compatible with competitor models

The lid for MGB 60 L and 80 L is compatible with various competitor models. It can therefore also be used as a replacement lid for waste bins from other manufacturers.

Wheels

The plastic two 2 wheeled trash /garbage cans are equipped with quiet-running, 200 mm diameter solid rubber wheels, attached with a metal locking pin.

Injection-embossed marking

Injection-embossing of the lid allows you to permanently mark your mobile recycling containers. This may include your company name, the name of the city/municipality or explanatory text.

Marking with hot-foil printing

The wheeled recycling bins, designed for outdoor use, can be permanently printed. We can customise your commercial waste recycling bins with single-colour hot-foil printing, for example, your company logo, city crest, lettering or information such as “Waste paper only”.

Chipnest / Transponder

Our wheelie bins are equipped as standard with a chipnest in accordance with EN 14803 in the comb-lift to accommodate data carriers (RFID chips). The bins can be factory-fitted with transponders/chips for a surcharge.

Locking systems

As producer of high quality trade waste recycling bins we offer manual and automatic locking systems (gravity locks). They allow you to protect your mobile recycling containers against unauthorised use. The systems can be installed with triangular or profile cylinder lock.
