The plastic recycling containers are manufactured in accordance with the European Standard EN 840 Parts 2, 5 and 6 for mobile garbage bins and have additionally been tested based on the quality criteria of RAL GZ 951/1. The four 4 wheeled garbage bins/trash cans are available in standard colours like dark grey, green or blue. Additional colours are available.

The shape of the flat lid of the four 4 wheeled mobile waste containers is made off high quality plastic and prevents water ingress. If required (for example, to change waste/recycling fractions), the flat lid of the domestic waste bins can be easily exchanged.

Hinges

The lid of the four 4 wheeled mobile waste containers is mounted using separate robust hinges. Should the hinges be damaged in operation or during the lifting process, the recycling containers can continue to be used by simply replacing the hinges.

Comb-lift with chipnest

A chipnest for electronic detection or weighing is a standard feature of the mobile garbage bins and is located under the frontal comb of the waste recycling bins (conforms to the specifications of EN 14803).

Castors with wheel-brakes (total-stop)

The easy-to-use footbrake system (total-stop) is the standard equipment of our domestic waste bins. By depressing the two brake pedals of the four 4 wheeled recycling bins, the wheels and swivel rings can be quickly and simply locked. The brake pedals can be used independently of each other.

Lifting trunnions

If you need to use your four 4 wheeled garbage bins with DIN devices in accordance with EN 1501-5, our recycling bins can be fitted with side lifting trunnions which are reinforced with steel inserts.

Lifting handles

To facilitate the lifting and maneuvering of the four 4-wheeled containers, ergonomic lifting handles can be fitted as an option. The handles of the refuse bins are in accordance with EN 840-2 and are fitted as standard in case our waste recycling bins are ordered with central brake system.

Castors with central brake

If required, we can supply a central brake system. The brake can be easily engaged by using the pedal at the right side of the waste containers and is unlocked by inserting a triangular key into the right lifting handle of your four 4 wheeled recycling containers.

Wheel variations for special applications

Particular applications need special solutions. We offer a variety of special wheel applications for your refuse bins. For example, we can provide heavy-duty castors with steel rims and roller bearings for especially heavy loads or for longer travelling distances, or castors with non-marking surfaces and polyamide wheels for your mobile commercial waste containers.

Steering locks (directional locks)

We can equip two of the castors of your four 4 wheeled recycling bins with steering locks. These are essential if you wish to use tow bar systems. The steering locks will keep the wheels in line with your towing vehicle and will prevent the bins from swerving about.

Marking with hot-foil printing

With hot-foil printing in a single colour on the flat lid and/or body you can customize your four 4 wheeled mobile waste containers. The permanent marking is available at a surcharge.
